Obituary

Robert J. Cibelli, 41 of Staten Island, New York passed away on Sunday August 27th, 2023. A life long Staten Islander, born on November 24th, 1981. He enjoyed spending time with his family, Mother and Father, Donna and George Cibelli, his brother Anthony and his cherished fiancee Jessica Scheerer. He is predeceased by his brother Christopher. He enjoyed spending time with his Aunt Maureen, Uncle Joseph and Cousin Michael Glodek, He was a wonderful Godfather to William and Uncle to Jaclyn, Thomas and William. He was an avid fan of the Yankees, Jets, Knicks and Rangers.

He enjoyed his job working as a plumber for a local company. Robert was looking forward to a future with his fiancee Jessica.

A visitation for Robert will be held on Wednesday August 30th from 4:00pm to 8:00PM at the Hanley Funeral Home, 60 New Dorp Lane, Staten Island, NY 10306. A Funeral service will be held on Thursday August 31st, at Saint Christopher's RC Church with a mass at 10:30. A burial will be held at Moravian Cemetery following the church service.
