I am so very sad. My cousin Joe was the BEST!! He always had a smile, was a true gentleman and was LOVED by everyone who knew him. I still remember getting quarters from our parents and going to the candy store in Brooklyn. I will leave with this last quote, which some of his loved ones will understand, Joe, don't worry. "I know EXACTLY" where we are...!!"

Dearest Uncle Joe and family, My deepest thoughts and prayers are with you all. I'm with each and everyone of you in both mind and spirit. My wife Carol and I feel very sad to learn of the passing of Uncle Joe my friend & family of 40 years. The news came to us from my best friend and little brother John Ingenito. John, Uncle Joe, Poppy and myself all met and had the opportunity of working with each other with the 177 Special Officers. John and I hit it off and both of our families took us in with open arms. All of us shared meals, holidays, BBQs and sometimes just a meal with the family. Uncle Joe, John and I always had each other's back. We were there for each other if ever needed. The good ol memories of yesteryear shall remain with me always. My wife and I, send our love to everyone in the family and we both pray that Uncle Joe is now in a better place Resting in Peace... Amen. Love ya Uncle Joe, Nephew Peteyboy & Carol oxox
