CAROLYN WEIGL

Devoted wife to Edward, Sr. for 61 years. The Mother to Edward Weigl, Jr. (Michelle), LoriAnn Santangelo/Devine (Kevin) and Kelly Campione (Jerry). Carolyn’s greats joys were her grandchildren Michael Campione, Michelle Santangelo, Keri Fiorenza (Christopher), Thomas Campione (Deanna), Kylie Weigl, Edward Weigl III. In addition to her husband and children, she is survived by her brother, Joseph DelBove (Mildred), Step-sister to Anthony DelBove and Debra Nicodemo and she was beloved by many nieces and nephews. Carolyn was born in Manhattan, NY and moved at a young age to Staten Island. She worked at International Nickel Co. as a secretary until she had her children. She also worked as a bookkeeper at Stapleton Liquor Mart in Staten Island that her and her husband owned with friends. She was the office manager and book keeper for her husband’s company P & E Custom Kitchens, Inc. on South Ave in Staten Island until she retired in 2016. She loved her family and friends. She was always smiling. She loved to travel a lot but her favorite place to be was Aruba where her and her husband have been going there for the last 35 years. Her passion was reading books, doing puzzle books and she loved gardening. Carolyn was a beautful person inside and out, she will be missed and dearly loved by all.
